Appian Civil has delivered more than 800 residential housing lots across the Toowoomba region, with experience spanning standard residential lots through to complex staged developments.
The team delivers full civil construction packages for residential subdivisions, including bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage, stormwater and services installation.
With the team, equipment and systems to manage multiple concurrent residential projects, Appian Civil supports developers with practical delivery, consistent site control and a strong focus on quality, programme and communication.
Appian Civil delivers civil construction for industrial subdivisions and land development projects, supporting the creation of functional, well-prepared sites for industrial operators and developers.
Works include earthworks, hardstand areas, road pavements, drainage and services, delivered to meet the standards required for industrial use.

INDUSTRIAL
ROADS
Appian Civil delivers road construction and supporting infrastructure across residential, rural residential and land development projects.
The team self-performs key road construction works, including subgrade preparation, pavement layers, kerb and channel, and bitumen sealing. This gives Appian Civil greater control over quality, sequencing and project outcomes.
With more than 100 kilometres of sealed roads constructed over the past five years, Appian Civil brings proven experience in delivering durable road infrastructure that meets council and engineering requirements.
Beyond residential, industrial and road construction, Appian Civil delivers additional civil services tailored to the requirements of each project.

Underground services - water, sewer, electrical and comms
Appian Civil delivers drainage infrastructure across residential, rural residential and industrial land development projects.
The team’s experience includes pipe installation, watermain installation, open channel design, detention basins and drainage works requiring detailed coordination with council and engineering requirements.
With significant drainage experience across South East Queensland, Appian Civil brings the practical knowledge required to deliver compliant, functional systems as part of broader civil construction packages.
Stormwater infrastructure
Stormwater infrastructure is a critical part of land development, helping manage water movement, site performance and long-term project functionality.
Appian Civil has installed more than 100 kilometres of stormwater infrastructure across South East Queensland, including pipe diameters from 150mm to 1,650mm in concrete and PVC.
The team brings detailed knowledge of stormwater requirements, council approval processes and site-based delivery, helping clients achieve practical, compliant outcomes across complex civil projects.
